CHILDREN'S PICTURE BOOK ~ FAIRYTALE FRIEZE

These are concertina, pop-up books with ribbon ties. I have always wanted to illustrate a fairytale and these being my first, I chose four well known traditional tales. I wanted to try something different so I came up with the idea of creating a frieze, with pictures on one side and the story on the back . A pop-up picture in the middle adds a surprise. Ideal for mummy to read at bedtime while the child looks at the pictures, or it could be left open on a shelve in a nursery or play-room.
